Membership Guidelines
1. Application and check will be
returned and not processed if proper amount, including
any late fee, is not enclosed.
2. Application form and fee must be mailed to
the Membership Chairperson. Please see current
Membership chairperson listed on your board of Directors
list in the front of your manual. Applications
can not be handled through Pros, club Officers or other
members.
3. A USFSA registration form must accompany the
application if you are designating Colonial Skating
Club of Pennsylvania as your home club. Do not
separate the form. Return both copies with the
application.
4. Renewal Membership:
If received after the regular deadline, you are subject
to a possible 30 day waiting period to reinstatement.
This means member will be ineligible to participate
in club privileges such as test sessions, exhibitions,
competitions, etc.
5. New Membership: New members must wait
30 days from date application is confirmed before permission
is granted to participate in any club privileges including
exhibitions, test sessions and all other functions.
A new member is anyone who was not a club member the
prior year.
6. Associate Membership: A member must belong
to another USFSA club first which is designated as their
home club and have a current USFSA number. The
member will have no voting privileges but will receive
the newsletter and be entitled to attend annual banquets,
participation in fundraising, exhibitions and test sessions.
7. Use of the
is not permitted without the authorization from the
Board of Directors.
8. All checks must be made payable to Colonial
Skating Club of Pennsylvania .
