First Night
First Night, took place on December 31st,,
2006!!! This year we had 31 skaters participate to make
this a phenomenal night! First Night is the clubs way
of giving back to the community by putting on a spectacular
show. This year’s theme was “The Season’s
of Love”. Our performers ranged from Learn to
Skate to Intermediate Level skaters
.
Of course First Night wouldn’t be as successful
without the dedication of our Coaches and the skater’s
parents! Thank you for helping the children enjoy the
wonderful sport of Figure Skating.
10th Annual Stars
and Stripes
Quickly approaching is our 10th Annual Stars and Stripes
Competition. This year’s competition is scheduled
for April 14th and 15th Applications are available on
our website, www.colonialsc.org

about new music and a new routine.

Off-Ice Training
How do you get better results on the ice??? You train off the ice, too. Good News!!! Starting February 3rd, 2007 Colonial Skating Club started offering off-ice training. Participation in the off-ice training program is an excellent way that skaters can maximize their performance and help avoid injury. Jenny Shimberg, PSA Instructor and Senior Competitor, is the instructor. For more information and application please visit the “Off-Ice Training” page on our website.
